[center][fancypost=bgcolor=;border:0;width:450px;text-align:justify;font-size:8pt;color:#ffeeb8;]The child tottered over with a curious expression painted across his youthful features, pale golden eyes widened slightly as he regarded the combat training going on. At first, he had decided that it would be better for him to sit off to the sidelines to observe what was occurring however, he found himself wincing slightly every time that the sparring went wrong and he certainly felt pity towards the vixen who was clearly not the most skilled at combat. However, if he had learned anything in his three short current months on earth, he had discovered that many resented acts of pity or sympathy for some reason. He, on the other hand, did not mind someone showing concern for him as long as it was not completely degrading and he guessed that most others seemed to feel similarly. He flicked his ear absently as he heard a rather alarming thud sound which drew him from his misty reverie and he blinked away the mental fog to see that the fox had dropped onto her face. His ears perked instinctively and he rose to his paws in response. "Hello miss! Are you alright? That was quite a fall." the young cream tabby exclaimed as he watched her kick at a stone that was rather loose in the ground after she had collided with the ground beneath their paws. He came to a stand a few paces away from her, a concerned yet curious expression painted across his features as he peered at her. He would have given her some useful tips or something on improving her fighting however, he knew next to nothing about fighting and all he could do was be supportive from a distance, paw raised to push his glasses up slightly as he cast her a comforting little smile.

[center][fancypost=bgcolor=;border:0;width:450px;text-align:justify;font-size:8pt;color:#ffeeb8;]He knew that it was not the best choice to go on explorations but there was so much to see and so many new beings to meet that the young child was able to shed his apprehensions towards such things. He had not exactly expected to stumble across anyone else near the borders and he had been wise to keep a distance from the boundaries. He knew that he would be safe though seeing that he could feel the ghostly aura of some of the spirits that dwelled in the graveyard that he had visited the other day trailing after him. They were all around him although he could not see them or communicate with them. They would ensure that nothing negative happened to him, he was almost completely certain of that but he still found himself keeping a cautious distance from the outside world just in case.
However, he was instantly intrigued when he heard someone calling for the leaders. Of course, the fact that they were in charge did not spring to mind immediately and all he was concerned with was that it was his parents that were being called to come over. Instead of his mamas however, the male on the border would get the wonderful little Goldkit to greet him. The cream tabby trotted over with a curious glimmer held strongly within his golden gaze. "Hello mister! My mamas should be along in a minute. I'm Goldkit by the way, what's your name?" the child chimed in with a bright expression spread out across his face. He came to a halt, raising his paw to push up at his glasses as he peered up with wide eyes at the older being before him, friendliness clear on his face as he regarded the Graveclanner.
He had never actually met with anyone outside of the Sanctuary since his birth so to see this male was rather surprising for the young male however he took in all comfortably in his stride. He was quite a sociable, smart little kiddo and was always open to meeting new faces so it was not much of a shock. If anything he was excited because hey, he could potentially make a new friend out of this guy and it made it better and easier for him to do so considering the fact that he seemed to know both Chica and Olive. Gol understood little about the whole alliances and how the system of allies, neutrals and foes were weaved into the foundations of every clan. All he saw was a new, seemingly friendly face that he could potentially befriend and that was pretty much all that counted about the situation to the young cream furred tabby.

[center][fancypost=bgcolor=;border:0;width:450px;text-align:justify;font-size:8pt;color:#ffeeb8;]The young cream tabby tottered over, coming to stand beside his sister with a vibrant grin clear across his youthful features. He briefly raised his paw to adjust his glasses, face crumpling slightly as he pushed the objects up his face however his bright expression was quick to return back as his pale golden gaze snapped back onto his mother from where he stood brushing against the fawn sepia. "Hiya mama! Can I have one too? Pretty pleease" the youngster chirped with a curious glimmer in his eyes, slightly putting emphasis on the word please as he beamed up at the lioness leader. He had not yet done anything like this and it sounded like it would be quite a lot of fun so here he was, as excited as ever to see what his mother would task him with.

[center][fancypost=bgcolor=;border:0;width:450px;text-align:justify;font-size:8pt;color:#ffeeb8;]Gold had not really taken his time to explore the graveyard however, today had been the day that he had decided to change that. At first he had been somewhat apprehensive about doing so because he was very superstitious and also had no idea what it was like. He had still braved it and found himself stumbling through the sea of gravestones that any other being would be able to easily weave through. He was but a child however so he did not dwell much on the difficulty of navigating the field of the deceased. His attention was swiftly caught by the currently conversing duo which caused his focus to completely switch from the graves surrounding him to the two beings that were talking. The cream tabby immediately veered off of his random course to head in the direction of the talking, ears perked as he honed in on the duo. Two familiar faces. His mama and one of his half sisters, how delightful. "Hello mama! Hello Jaeger!" Gol greeted with a friendly little swish of his tail, pale golden eyes aglow with interested joy. He liked seeing and meeting his family. Everyone was so nice and he was glad to be related to them, that was for sure.
-
[center][fancypost=bgcolor=;border:0;width:450px;text-align:justify;font-size:8pt;color:#ffeeb8;]He barely noticed her shock at his seemingly sudden appearance. He also failed to see that her seemingly friendly expression was more of a forced mask than anything. The oblivious youngster just saw an unfamiliar face who was enduring difficulty that he could potentially befriend. He had yet to grasp the concept of false emotions. "Don't beat yourself up about it miss. I think that there were some good moments there too!" Goldkit chimed in an act on encouragement towards the fox, ears perked as he addressed her. He knew that she was probably embarrassed and his presence was definitely not helping that but he did not try to dwell on that too much. After all, he did not see this as a negative experience, even if she probably felt that it was one. No, to the young child it was much more of a reflective, learning experience.
He listened to her words in a rather eager manner, hanging onto each and every syllable as he attempted to come up with suitable response from his own whirring mind. "That's perfectly alright. No one is perfect at everything. I can't fight either so we're the same! I'm sure that you'll get the hang of it soon enough though!" the cream tabby hummed optimistically, head tilted back slightly as he attempted to hold some form of eye contact with the previously sparring female. Of course, he was only a child so his lack of combat skills was to really be expected but his age was not a factor that he acknowledged and he therefore thought that they were both in the same boat with it all. He did mean what he said though. He was certain that eventually she would excel at fighting and get strong and be able to beat up anyone that was bad or tried to hurt their home. That was the conclusion that he had come to and he stood by it now.
"Rags. That's a cool name! I'm Goldkit but you can call me Gold or Gol if you want to. I don't really mind about nicknames" The child exclaimed, words flowing freely from his mouth as he blurted out his own introduction to the vixen before him. His pale golden gaze twinkled with delight as he spoke, eyes fixed on the female. He hoped that his words prior had provided her with some comfort in regards to the level of her skill in combat. He did not want her to continue being upset or distressed over it. That would not be very good. -

[center][fancypost=bgcolor=;border:0;width:560px;text-align:justify;font-size:8pt;color:white;]His small paws drummed gently against the earth as he maneuvered the unfamiliar terrain that he found himself traversing, his face lowered towards the ground slightly as he trekked along. He was far too young for such travel however, he knew that it would all be worth it in the end. After catching the news that Ivylee was in Riverclan, which was a fact that did not surprise the youth considering the fact that although he had encountered her a little while ago, he was only young and he was certain of the fact that she would still be leader. And, like always, he was correct in his assumptions. It was not like he sought joy out of always being right though, it was sometimes a burden and something that he did not often let on in case others discovered what he was capable of. He was well aware of the fact that many would attempt to exploit him and the abilities that he possessed so he knew better than to flaunt what he could do. It was a shame really, he was good at what he did but he did not wish to be used or known for just that and therefore had come to the conclusion that sheltering that knowledge and power was the best thing. He wanted to be known for who he was personally, which was not exactly that great because other than bluntness and defensiveness, he did not have much going for him. However, it was better than absolutely nothing.
He flicked his ear as he drew to a halt, delving into to silence to try and grasp was what going on around him. His senses were attacked by a variety of different scents, some being aromatic whilst others being not so pleasant. The distant sound of water rushing up the shore of a beach was what caught his attention and soothed the youth. He was on edge, that was for sure, although it was not clearly evident on his blank features. He did not mind that though, not everyone needed to know what he was feeling or how he felt. He drew in a deep breath, the blue brindle greyhound closing his amber eyes as he did so, and then called out for anyone to hear him.
"Ivylee? Onee-san?"

[center][fancypost=bgcolor=;border:0;width:560px;text-align:justify;font-size:8pt;color:white;]"Oh dear, how unfortunate of you two. It seems that you have gotten into some kind of predicament with Shadowclan." the greyhound pup remarked in a monotone voice as he approached, halting with a flick of his ear. He raised his paw to push his glasses up his muzzle so that the thin spectacles were perched more before his eyes, his curious amber glare not shifting from the injured duo. He knew that it would probably be more natural for him to react negatively but that was not how he felt. Outrage was an extremely foreign thing to the young male although he had been witness to the act of fury multiple times throughout his currently short life. Yet here he was, cool and blank as if he were just calmly regarding the pages of a book that he held neutral emotions towards. These two were his clanmates but that did not mean that he was about to get into a hot rage over the fact that they had been hurt. His nose twitched slightly, fresh thoughts, feelings and memories wafting off of the pair and he drank in whatever he could loosely grasp with tame vigour. From what he could vaguely understand, the two had gone and trespassed of their own accord. They had faced the consequences of their actions and were now returning, sullen and apparently injured. It was saddening really. Well, it would have been saddening if he was able to feel such intense emotions. He just assumed that was what he was supposed to feel towards the scene and went about trying to fit into the guidelines of that particular emotion. He could not do that very well however and instead opted to stay a blank slate.
"Oh well, it seems that a medic is required to assist you two and I am neither good at medicine nor assisting. My apologies" he said in an almost blunt tone, contemplating whether to just turn away and let them be. However, the child decided that would be disrespectful of him and although it was apparent to him that these two had no regard for boundaries themselves, he would not treat them how they treated others. After all, he had been incapable of diving into anything deep that was not to be able to be derived from the surroundings and the surfaces of the duo so he did not know whether they had reason for acting in the way that they had done. Perhaps Shadowclan had done something to deem them as an unfavourable group. It was a possibility and he therefore decided that he would stick around near them until someone arrived that was able to provide them with the necessary aid. He fell into a silence that he deemed to be comfortable, averting his gaze to avoid spouting any further inquires from himself. He had, to some degree, already lost interest in the situation at hand.
He flicked his ear as he felt a presence rush past him although he did not instinctively move aside to avoid whoever had done so. The child turned his amber gaze from the unicorn to the hyena and wolf(?) in a smooth, sweeping transition. He watched the embrace in silence, unsure what he was meant to say or how he was meant to feel about it. Instead of doing anything he remained still, eyes narrowing ever so slightly as he glanced back to the unicorn through glazed amber orbs.

i don't think you've missed anything that i know but i haven't been in this clan long enough to tell for sure :^) -
[center][fancypost=bgcolor=;border:0;width:450px;text-align:justify;font-size:8pt;color:white;]"You can not sleep because there is a chance that, with your injuries, you will not wake back up again and I am sure that you do not want that to happen" the child stated with a flick of his ear, voice rising into the air as if making himself and his presence known once more with his own input on the situation. Not that he truly cared that much but, as far as he was aware, potential death seemed to both frighten and upset others. He did not want to see either of those things happening around him because that would mean that there would be yet another thing that he had no idea how to cope with. He really needed to work on his reactions. He glanced to Rosewater, one of the beings who had looked at him, before his focus shifted onto rabbit as she also spoke. It seemed that they were the medical professionals that resided within Riverclan and the youth made note of their faces and appearances. It was useful to get acquainted with those that were good at treating injuries in case anything negative was to happen to himself or Ivylee. He made a mental note of who he would be able to fetch in such a scenario. However, small talk did not seem to be an appropriate option right now so he instead focused on the situation as a whole. He could easily walk away from it all but that in itself would be extremely inappropriate and Herritt was supposed to be working on his general etiquette with things.
"Is there anything that I may be able to supply you with to aid the healing of the injured?" the young child asked, expression lacking emotion as he peered through the glass of his glasses with narrowed amber coloured eyes. He had heard of this being asked before in situations similar and guessed that it would be an alright thing to do, even if he was in a state of indifference in regards to what was occurring around him. -
[center][fancypost=bgcolor=;border:0;width:560px;text-align:justify;font-size:8pt;color:white;]
//ahh i forgot to add that in threads with Herritt, i'd like to know whether he will be allowed to read thoughts/the minds of those around him so just let me know if you guys are alright with that or not! c:The miasmic stench of a cigarette was the first blemish on the magnificent lands surrounding the child and he could not help the feeling of bile rising up his throat. His blank features twitched ever so slightly but he did his best to not allow anything to give away whatever emotions he may be feeling at that time being. It took a few moments for him to wrap his head around it however, he came to the conclusion that the mortal sensation that he was feeling inside of his chest was disgust. He suppressed it the best that he could considering the fact that he was not too used to the entire concept of emotions. He tilted his head up slightly to glare at the one causing the noxious stench, fictional brows furrowed slightly as he watched the wolf dispose of the cigarette that they had previously been puffing on. "That is a filthy habit and unless you are careful it could lead to your death and even potentially the deaths of those around you. But I guess that you will learn that the hard way." the youth stated in his usual feminine tones, amber gaze narrowed behind the glass of his spectacles as he peered in an almost inquisitive manner at the transgender stranger before him. He relaxed ever so slightly however
"Your leader? You are a Riverclanner then, just what I was looking for. And you have also confirmed my suspicions that my onee-san is still here. I am Herritt Xerses, Ivylee's younger sibling. Adopted but family nonetheless. Here to join" the blue brindled greyhound stated in a monotone voice, his words flowing from his tongue and he spoke in a way that was sharp and to the point. He did not mean to come across so stiff however, that was all that the three month old could really do. It was all he had ever know to do and he saw no need to try and change what he had learned to live with since the start of his life. Perhaps that was part of the reason why he had decided to come here to see Ivylee. She would probably be able to help improve him and his life. At least, that was the reasoning that the youth had decided to come up with.

[center][fancypost=bgcolor=;border:0;width:600px;text-align:justify;font-size:8pt;color:white;]
"So, you wish to die? Could you not go about it in perhaps a less painful way? Why not just finish it swiftly instead of puffing on cigarettes until the day you drop?" Herritt retorted coolly, his fictional brows arched as he regarded the wolf once more, his glasses slipping slightly down his muzzle as he tipped his head forwards slightly. Even if they were not hurting those around them by using their own abilities to their advantage, they were still killing themselves. He was well aware of the fact that he was supposed to feel pity in situations like this. No, was pity the correct feeling that he should been feeling. What else was it? Disappointment? Irritation? The youth glanced away from Mono with a flick of his ear. All of these mortal emotions that he felt as if he should be trying to learn were all so confusing. They were all extremely similar yet far too different to all be considered to be the same thing. It was far too much effort and it was rather troublesome too.The child's attention was swiftly drawn from the surroundings back onto the male stood before him, blinking up at the larger canine through glazed amber eyes as he began to speak again. He was hooked on the other's feminine tones, his stony facial expressions giving nothing internal away as he took in the words being spoken to him. "Hermit? I shall not take offense to that because that word has a variety of different meanings and I am going to take it that you are likening my name to that of the hummingbird found in the shady lower layers of tropical forests. Thank you for the compliment. And I do not mind. I guess we can wait for my onee-san here." the child hummed, tilting his head to the side slightly as he addressed the being before him in a rather flat manner. He was growing rather bored with this. After all, he had really only come here for his big sister and no one else yet here he was, forced into a social interaction that he had been frightened of before.
'I wonder'
Herritt's amber gaze narrowed slightly into a lax glare as he regarded the other canine. Herritt had not been around others properly for long enough to probe although he had been able to lap up as much knowledge as possible from others in passing. However seeing that his presence here within the territory of Riverclan was to be a more permanent fixture, he was curious as to whether he would be able to set about using his abilities on those surrounding him. He had let to learn of course that some times delving into the minds and memories of others was something that others certainly did not like. His mind briefly flickered to a familiar looking russian blue feline floating before him. The look of horror coating the male's face as he swiftly set about shutting Herritt up was one that he would not forget too swiftly and although he could now not recall the name of his previously dear friend, he still knew that others tended to enjoy their privacy.Nevertheless, he was a curious soul despite his blank countenance. The youth flicked his ear as he reached out, his mind ghosting over the surface of the others. It was enough for him to be able to retain the current thoughts of the other male and upon absorbing what they had been thinking about, a very delicate, barely noticeable smile etched its way onto his icy face.
"No need to worry about me with anti-clanners. They would have a hard time touching me at all. I have my own methods of self defense." with those words spoken, the greyhound pup lowered his head slightly, moving his paw to push his glasses up his muzzle once more seeing that they had slipped slightly whilst he had been peering up at the larger canine before him. It was almost touching to discover that they were in some way worried about how the extremely young child had arrived completely and utterly unscathed and he felt that it was the right thing to do that he had set about stopping any seeds of concern before they were sown. After all, Herritt was capable of bringing behemoths to the ground without even touching them. But, it was not something that he had attempted yet. He had decided that it was safer to just stick to brushing the very surface of the mind for now. He was far too young to properly probe into the thoughts of others. The last time he had properly tried to revive a memory, it had not gone well for him and he knew better than to go around repeating the same mistakes over and over again.
